A 'Review of Revues': This album consists of material written by Flanders and Swann for a number of revues in London between 1948 and 1956:

Oranges and Lemons, first produced in November 1948 at the Lyric Theatre, Hammersmith, and later transferred to the Globe Theatre in January 1949.

Penny Plain, first produced at the St. Martin's Theatre in June 1951.

Airs on a Shoestring, first produced in April 1953 at the Royal Court Theatre.

Fresh Airs, first produced in February 1956 at the Comedy Theatre.

A BBC Radio production, first broadcast on BBC radio 4 on Christmas Eve, 1974.
Released by EMI in arrangement with BBC Records. A mono recording, catalogue number EMCM 3088.
