27/09/06 Oh my God, who stole 2006?? It should be painfully obvious by now that I'm struggling to keep this site up to date, and goodness knows I can't keep on top of all the new stuff Cosgrove Hall are doing. Therefore, from now on, I'm concentrating on info about the older shows only. When I started this site there was no "official" Cosgrove Hall web presence, but now there is (alright, it's down for revamping at the moment, but you understand). I'll leave the real news to them, I think. In the meantime, I will demonstrate my newfound resolve to not let this place die by telling you I've updated the following pages: Loot, Buying stuff, the Victor & Hugo episode guide, and the FAQ.

30/12/05 Yes, it's December, and you know what that means - an update! I've finally amended all the Show sections with information on merchandise, most notably DVD releases in the UK and US. Now that Duckula and Dangermouse are available Stateside, this should be a very Merry Christmas for lots of CH fans!

17/04/05 A big hello to everyone who's come here from the BBC Animation Nation site - please wander around at your leisure, and try not to pay too much attention to the fact that I haven't updated for a long time! For those of you who haven't been to said site, go there, and what's more, watch the TV programmes. It's basically a three-part series following the history of animation in Britain, and what it's been used for. Part one is on April 18th at 9PM on BBC Four. Website is here. Something that may be of interest to a lot of you is the fact that on May 2nd, the BBC will be showing The Sandman, the utterly fantastic stop-motion animation by the late, great Paul Berry - a very rare outing for this macabre treat. Set your VCRs and get it while it's hot.

09/05/04 Happy New Year! Wait - that was five months ago. Damn, is my face red. I think I should give up apologising for the lack of updates, as it's just getting silly. Suffice it to say, real life has been catching up on me in a big way since last year. Still, I'll do my best to keep things rolling. Today, I have news of a new series from CH on the Cosgrove Hall News page, and some news about Dangermouse DVDs right here that I think might be interesting to a lot of people. Thanks to the nice people at Club DM for this one.

07/12/03 Ha, thought I'd gone for good, didn't you? Well, think again. I've just been working hard, oh so very hard, on a BRAND NEW BIT of the site - the Stages of Production pages. Go there to learn more about how Dangermouse and other cartoons were made back in Cosgrove Hall's dim and distant past. There's some really bitchin' exclusive artwork to look at there, so really it would be rude not to. Oh, and I also updated the Cosgrove Hall News page.

03/10/03 Massive apologies to everyone, especially Andy Carter, for my consistent failure to update the Goodies page properly. All the wallpaper is DEFINITELY up in there now and I won't mess up ever again, honest!

22/09/03 Two updates in as many days? YE MERCIFUL GODS, SURELY THIS CANNOT BE!! But it is. Get ready for some more updates to the FAQ, the Cosgrove Hall news page, more images in the Image Bank, and a new link on the Engie Bengy entry.

21/09/03 Yet another tiny update, of the wallpapery kind... oh, and I also updated the CHAMB FAQ a little.

06/08/03 Another tiny update, this time some new wallpaper on the Goodies page.

14/07/03 Only a micro-update: added a few more details to the Alias the Jester episode guide, and added a link to the official site to the home page (hopefully it might deter people from thinking this is it...!)

23/06/03 At last! An update! I've been insanely busy for the last month or so (out of the country for part of it, in fact), so I owe y'all a big apology for neglecting the site for that time. I can't guarantee that it won't continue to a certain degree, but I do at least have some exciting things planned (honest, if I can get round to doing them). In the meantime, feast upon a new link on the Dangermouse page, a new Avenger Penguins link, new Avenger Penguins lyrics in the Lyrics Library, and some new Dangermouse icons on the newly created Goodies page (Tim Brooke-Taylor not included). I've also created a page where images from shows are stored for your viewing pleasure – the Image bank. Not much there right now, but lots more coming soon. Oh, and one final thing: there's now a petition to release Count Duckula on DVD/VHS in America. If you'd like to sign it, there's a link on the Duckula page.

06/05/03 Updated the Filmography, the Dangermouse page, and the What's New at Cosgrove Hall page. Lots of cool stuff coming when I've got a little busier with my scanner!

15/04/03 Added a new sub-section to the Loot page; Reviews. Here, I hope to build a set of my ramblings about new merchandise and maybe even shows. The email mentioned below has been put there, as well as more grumblings about Fremantle and a fuller review of the Most Wanted disk. OK, so you're probably bored of this by now, but hopefully it'll make some kind of difference to future releases. Or not. It's worth a shot, right? Oh, I also updated the Buying page.

08/04/03 I have found out things about the DVD mentioned below that make me sad. To whit, it contains only previously released episodes of all the series! Now, is that unforgiveable or what? I haven't waited all this time to see Victor & Hugo on DVD only to be given an episode that was on the 1992 VHS release, dammit. If you too think that sucks, go to the Loot page to see a copy of an email I sent to Fremantle Media, and send your own too. We must let them know how inadequate their episode-choosing skills are!

07/04/03 Howdy doo all, sorry for the appalling lack of updates lately - I haven't got a lot of new stuff. Most exciting news right now is connected with merchandise. Foxbusters and Fantomcat have recently been released on both DVD and VHS (in the case of Foxbusters, this is the first ever release!). Even better than that is the news that next Monday, FreMantle are releasing a DVD called "Most Wanted Classic Kids' TV", containing one episode each of Dangermouse, Alias the Jester, Victor & Hugo, and Avenger Penguins! About time, too! Hopefully, if it sells well enough, they'll release DVDs of the individual shows too. I'll have more info about all these releases up on the site very soon. In the meantime, you can pre-order "Most Wanted" on Play.com if you're in the UK, a very excellent online DVD shop with discounts on high street prices. Go, go, go!!

Oh, I should probably also point out that I have a new link in the Fantomcat section, and updated merchandise info in drawn shows 1, drawn shows 2, and loot.

20/01/03 Woo! Yay! Cosgrove Hall Ate My Brain is one year old today! Yeah! One whole year of...um...whatever it is we've been doing all this time. Frankly, it's all a blur. To celebrate this important milestone, I've uploaded a whole pile of new wallpaper to the Gallery. What can I say, I like making wallpaper.

01/10/02 A big hello to everyone rejoining me on the Internet today! You may have noticed that the site's not been updated, and has in fact been down for a little while; this is due to your beloved webmistress moving house and being too buried under boxes to reach the computer. To celebrate coming back online, I've uploaded some Inbreds wallpaper to the Gallery for your enjoyment.

29/07/02 Added The Wind in the Willows theme to the Lyrics page.

24/06/02 General housekeeping all over the site, including the removal of most of the rainbow bars (I was really sick of the things!) There may be a full site redesign coming soon. Also added a couple of new pics to the Duckula section, corrected some of the Dangermouse 3D information, and added a new link to the Lumber Room. Don't forget to watch Albie tomorrow!

14/06/02 Added a new feature; the Earwig Market. It's like a flea market but not quite, you see? Anyway, it's an online newsagent's window where people can request or advertise Cosgrove Hall merchandise that they want to buy or sell. This is a purely experimental idea, so I may take it down if it doesn't work out. But let's see how it goes, shall we?

10/06/02 Updated the Filmography. This is virtually complete now, I think.

04/06/02 New links on the Model animation page (Bill and Ben section), in the Gallery, and in the Lumber Room. Also updated the About section to reflect the opening of the studio's official site.

30/05/02 Lots happening this week! Exciting news added to the What's new at Cosgrove Hall page; new link and new link section in the Lumber room.

28/05/02 I've decided to break down some of my longer pages into more convenient bits, to help out all you nice people who browse at low screen resolutions and have to put up with lots of scrolling. First difference you'll notice is the Characters sections of all the Featured Shows are now on their own pages. More rearranging to follow.

- Do you have some fan fiction or fan art which features Cosgrove Hall characters? I'm planning to add a section for links to fan material in the Lumber Room, so this could be your chance to share your creative endeavours with the world. It doesn't matter how esoteric they are; the only thing I ask is you warn me if you have anything of an "adult" nature featured, so I can put up a disclaimer.

26/05/02 I've been on holiday for the last week, so apologies for unanswered e-mails and lack of updates! As you can see, I've split the News section into two pages now, to make life a bit easier.

28/04/02 Big update today! Major news is the opening of the Loot section, where you can find information about merchandise relating to Cosgrove Hall shows, including where to find it. I've moved all the Merchandise information from the Featured Shows pages to there. Also, I've spruced up the Jamie and the Magic Torch page, and updated the About this Site page.

21/04/02 Added new images to the Comics page. New link on the Victor & Hugo page. Resized many images throughout the Shows section.

10/03/02 Blimey! What's with the new section?? Well, I had so many pictures that didn't have a proper home that I just had to create one for them, before the Lumber Room became too full. And behold, the Gallery was born! Most of the stuff in there at the moment has simply been moved from somewhere else on the site, but it will soon have a brand new Comics section for you to enjoy! And don't worry, the Filmography is still around; you can now find it in the About section.

- Added new links in the Lumber Room, and organized the existing ones.

- Guestbook and Forum should be working again now.
